After I had my second baby I was up to my eyeballs in diapers, toddler tantrums, breastfeeding, lack of sleep, and mess. I was trying to do way too much and be everywhere at once and it was burning me out. I felt overwhelmed all the time, anxious, and just wasn't feeling as happy as I should have been. I always wanted to be a mom, so why did this feel so hard? I knew something had to change.
